Each week, you’ll join a small group of parents who are working through similar struggles. You’ll ask questions, hear what’s working for others, and realize you’re not the only one trying to stay calm through chaos. The sense of validation and connection is incredibly motivating—and it makes the changes you're trying to create feel more possible.

You’re welcome to join the program alongside individual or family counselling, or complete the program first and follow up with private sessions afterwards. It’s flexible and designed to support you, whatever path you choose.Bottom line? You don’t have to do this alone.

The program is designed to fit into your busy life. The on-demand video trainings are short (4–9 minutes each), and you can watch or listen at your own pace. There are 5 modules, each with 4–6 lessons, and many parents find it helpful to use the printable workbook as a guide while they go through the material.
I highly recommend joining the weekly group coaching calls—they’re held over lunchtime and often become a favorite part of the experience. These live sessions offer connection, real-time support, and a chance to ask questions as you go.
Your level of participation in the private discussion forum is totally up to you—it’s there to give you extra encouragement and community whenever you want it.
