Support for you, with a family perspective.

You may be seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship or your family. At Harbour Family Counselling, we help you explore what’s happening, make sense of what you need and find practical ways forward.

You can attend on your own. When support for several family members would be helpful, our counsellors can work together with your consent while respecting each person’s counselling relationship.

How Can We Support You?

  • I'm looking for support for my child.

A supportive, age-appropriate space for children to explore feelings, build coping skills, and work through challenges at home or school.

  • My teen would like some support.

A confidential space for teens to talk through what’s going on, explore their options, and find approaches that feel useful to them.

  • I'm a post-secondary student looking for support.

Support for university and college students navigating academic pressure, relationships, life transitions, or questions about what comes next.

  • I'm looking for support for myself.

One-to-one support to explore what’s been weighing on you, understand patterns, and consider practical next steps at your own pace.

  • We want to strengthen our relationship.

A supported space for couples to talk through relationship concerns, better understand each other’s perspectives, and explore a way forward.

  • We're looking for support as a family.

A space for family members to share their perspectives, listen to one another, and work together on what matters to them.

  • I'm looking for support as a parent.

Support for parents and caregivers to reflect on what’s happening at home, explore approaches that fit their family, and consider what may help next.

Care that sees the whole picture.

You can work with one counsellor on your own. If support for more than one family member would be helpful, our counsellors can coordinate care with your consent. We’ll talk together about what information is shared and how each person’s counselling relationship is respected.
