We support individuals, couples, and families through relationship challenges and life transitions, offering in-person counselling in Greater Victoria and online throughout British Columbia. Our work is grounded in a family systems perspective: each person’s experience matters, and so do the relationships around them.

Experienced Couples & Family Counsellor
We’re seeking an experienced counsellor with demonstrated competence in both couples and family counselling. Specialized training in relational approaches is an asset.
With our director and another family counsellor currently at capacity, we’re looking to expand our ability to support couples and families seeking care.
This opportunity may suit you if you enjoy helping people understand relationship patterns, navigate conflict, repair connection, and work through change, and want to practise alongside colleagues who share a family systems perspective.

Clinical Collaboration
Bring your expertise to a team that values shared perspectives and thoughtful consultation. Our bi-weekly clinical consultation meetings offer space to explore questions, discuss complex cases, and collaborate around family care with appropriate client consent.
Administrative Support
Focus your energy on clinical work, with intake coordination and administrative support behind you. We help prospective clients find the right counsellor and support the practical details of running your practice, within a welcoming office environment.
Ongoing Learning
Continue developing your skills alongside colleagues who value curiosity and growth. Our monthly team meetings include shared learning on topics relevant to relational and family counselling, with opportunities to contribute your knowledge and learn from one another.
Practicum Placements — Spring & Fall 2027
We’re accepting applications for potential master’s-level counselling practicum placements beginning in Spring or Fall 2027.
Develop your clinical skills within a family-focused practice, with supervised client work, team consultation, and monthly professional development. We welcome thoughtful students who value curiosity, professional accountability, and openness to feedback.
Placements depend on supervision capacity, program compatibility, and fit with our practice.
